We are in need of a few things at our fall party that is on Friday, November 1st. We need someone to send in a fall themed craft (you may attend the party if you volunteer and have all of your clearances and paperwork turned into the district office and it is on file). We are also in need of 2 games. You can simply send these in, if you are unable to attend and your clearances and other paperwork is not on file. The following kid’s parents have gratuitously volunteered to send in the following . . . Reid - a treat Marie Tysha - a healthy snack Bentley - juice boxes Stephen - plates and napkins You can just email me if there is anything that you can help us out with for our fall party. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONLY PARENTS VOLUNTEERING/DONATING ARE ABLE TO COME TO OUR CLASS PARTIES DUE TO LIMITED SPACE. ANYONE COMING TO THE PARTY MUST HAVE THEIR CLEARANCES AND OTHER PAPER (info. can be found on my website or the district website) TURNED INTO AND ON FILE AT OUR DISTRICT OFFICE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO COME SO I CAN LET THE OFFICE KNOW. THANK YOU!

October 29th – “Put a cap on drugs” (wear favorite hat) October 30th – “Dress Red” (wear red to school) October 31st – “My future is bright with no drugs in sight” (wear neon/bright colors) November 1st – “Be on a drug free team” (wear your favorite team) Today is Superhero Day at school! Come dressed as your favorite superhero or simply wear a superhero t-shirt! If your child chooses to wear a costume, please leave the weapons and masks at home. Thanks!
We continue to have students forgetting to bring snacks to school. PLEASE SEND IN 5 SNACKS EACH WEEK FOR YOUR CHILD. Simple, individually packaged snacks work best so we can store them in our classroom. Please remember, our school is not providing snack anymore. Thanks for your cooperation.
Tomorrow there will be some information in your child's folder about the upcoming Scholastic Book Fair. Our class is walking over to the elementary school to visit the book fair and have a chance to purchase books on Monday, October 28th. Check out the information coming home for other dates and times.
On Friday, we had a visit from the Hershey Fire Department. The firemen did a great job teaching us all about fire safety and we even got a chance to walk through the fire truck!
